just had super tiring day today, on christmas eve. and some customers just make me super super irritated. all these mak ciks who are so crazy about DISCOUNTS, BAGS, SHOES, SHOES and MORE SHOES. they're super worst than me la! haiz. there's only three staff working at the shop on 2nd floor and can u imagine how all those mak ciks attack our shop at one time? one staff at the shoe department, one at the clothes department and the other at the cashier. we try to help one another to serve the customers. today's situation is not bad la. yesterday is the worst. super worst. let me let it all out. cant hold inside much longer. im at the shoe department, just an coincidence, a lot of makciks over there and my 2 other colleague is busy. shit. so i handle two to three customers at one time. i can handle it la. some of the customers do UNDERSTAND. however, there's this one makcik came with her fren. at first, she ask for the size of one shoe. that time im serving another customer, so ok. after i get her the shoe, wah she's like controlling me.its like as if ' this sales girl is mine, she can only serve me, i dont give a damn abt other ppl.' this is wat she say ,'adik, take for me this shoe,this,this and this. all size 8.' wah makcik! i only have one pair of hands. not 10 pairs. she really give me a big headache. and u know im damn blur and forgetful. i also have to serve her fren at the same time, and thank god she's not worst than her. she can understand. i try to serve other customer other than her, but i cant. im realy scared that the other customers will complain.and, and if the size of the shoe dont have, the makcik gave me an irritating look. the shoe is out of stock, wat, u want me to manufacture the shoe for u on the spot? super IB la. she really pissing me off. i just want to tell her off straight to the face. hello, mak cik, can u be patient or not? i try to find the size for u as fast as i can. if im flash nvm la, can walk that fast. but im just a human being.however, i STILL have my patience and im controlling my temper. i serve her about 1 and a half hour, i think.darah up la seh. tak bleh angkat! ok, im just letting go of my temper. tmr working again and i haven done my assignments yet.
